Where do your products come from?
Our products are manufactured in our workshop in Switzerland, using exclusively carefully selected European materials.
The rapeseed wax comes exclusively from Europe, guaranteeing clean and environmentally friendly combustion. Our molds are also of European origin, and some are even made in-house to ensure unique shapes and impeccable quality.
Our wicks, purchased from specialist European suppliers, are of superior quality: they offer a stable, clean combustion, without excessive smoke and optimize the lifespan of the candle.
We pride ourselves on creating high-quality, handcrafted pieces, produced locally with authentic know-how.
What are the shipping costs?
We apply flat-rate shipping fees, corresponding to a contribution towards the actual shipping costs.
These fees are known at the time of ordering and are automatically displayed in the payment details before you confirm your purchase.
When will I receive my order?
Parcels are shipped within 48 hours of your order , via Swiss Post using A mail .
You will therefore receive your purchase quickly, usually within 1 to 2 working days after dispatch.
What is the return policy?
We only accept returns if the item is damaged upon receipt .
